The 6th China International Youth Conference on Electrical Engineering (CIYCEE 2025) was successfully held in Chengdu, China, from November 7 to 9, 2025. The event attracted outstanding young scholars, engineers, and researchers all over the world. Authorized by IEEE, the IEEE Industry Applications Society, and the IEEE Chengdu Section, CIYCEE 2025 was organized by the IEEE IAS Student Branch at Southwest Jiaotong University and co-organized by the IEEE PELS Student Branch at Sichuan University. Additionally, the conference received strong support from the School of Electrical Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University, the SPACI Vehicle-Grid Interaction Laboratory, and the Research Team for Power System Stability and HVDC Transmission at Sichuan University.
The conference was attended by Prof. Nan Yang from China Three Gorges University, Associate Researcher Zong-sheng Zheng, Associate Researcher Yi-kui Liu, Associate Professor Jun-peng Ma from Sichuan University, Associate Professor Qi Wang from Southwest Jiaotong University, Lecturer Lin Jia from Hunan University of Technology, Assistant Researcher Hui Wang, and Assistant Researcher Long Chen from Southwest Jiaotong University, as well as Postdoctoral Researcher Xiang-yu Meng from City University of Hong Kong. A total of over 150 representatives attended the meeting.
The opening ceremony of the conference was hosted by Yi-zhuo Li, a master's student from Southwest Jiaotong University. The conference chairpersons, Zhen-zu Liu and Rui-ting Xu (Ph.D. candidate), delivered opening remarks. They first extended a warm welcome to all attendees and expressed the hope that the China International Youth Conference on Electrical Engineering would unite young talents in the field of electrical engineering and foster academic exchange.
The conference featured keynote presentations by nine distinguished experts and scholars, including Prof. Nan Yang from China Three Gorges University, Associate Researcher Zong-sheng Zheng, Associate Researcher Yi-kui Liu, Associate Professor Junpeng Ma from Sichuan University, Associate Professor Qi Wang from Southwest Jiaotong University, Lecturer Lin Jia from Hunan University of Technology, Assistant Researcher Hui Wang, Assistant Researcher Long Chen from Southwest Jiaotong University, and Postdoctoral Researcher Xiang-yu Meng from City University of Hong Kong.

The student oral presentations and poster exhibition will be held in the morning of November 9th. The oral presentations are divided into six parallel sessions, as follows:

The closing ceremony was held at 1:30 p.m. on November 9. Liu Zhenzu, the conference chair, presented the Best Poster Presentation Award and the Best Oral Presentation Award to the participants.
